About Young Variety

We are Young Variety - also known as YV. We are fun, passionate twenty- and thirty-something philanthropists ready to roll up our sleeves and help make a difference in our community for at-risk, special needs and underprivileged children in Iowa!

YV works every day to raise money through events, membership, after hours and Telethon VIP Panel.

Through our grant process, the board understands why we work so hard and always strive to recruit new members. We see everything come full circle by providing the funds for brick and mortar campaigns chosen from our grant process. It's a great feeling to know our hard work has such a positive impact on so many children!

Young Variety, The Children's Charity (YV) is based in Des Moines Iowa and is a part of Variety, The Children's Charity. YV is comprised of energized twenty and thirty-something's striving to improve the lives of underprivileged, at risk, and special needs children throughtout Iowa.
